December Virtual Happy Hour Contest Rules

Contest Rules:

SPONSOR. Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts (“Foundation” or “Sponsor”), 1645 Trap Road, Vienna, Virginia 22182.

TERM. Sweepstakes begins at 5 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on Wednesday, December 9 and ends at 9 am ET on Friday, December 11, 2020. (“Sweepstakes Period”)

ELIGIBILITY. Wolf Trap Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Foundation, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, and grandparents) and those with whom such persons are domiciled are NOT eligible. Must enter from an eligible jurisdiction. Eligibility may be verified at any time. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions of the Foundation.

HOW TO ENTER. Contestants may enter by posting the correct answers to questions asked during the broadcast and listed by Wolf Trap in the comments section of the December Happy Hour video post on Wolf Trap’s official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/WolfTrapOfficialPage. Correct answers must be listed as comments under the December Happy Hour video.

LIMIT: 1 entry per person.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, mutilated, stolen, or misdirected mail, or for technical failure or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

NOTIFICATION & PRIZE. Three winners will be drawn at random and notified by direct message.

Winners will be notified by Wolf Trap via direct message on Friday, December 11. Winners must reply to Wolf Trap personnel within 24 hours to claim prize; unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If winner does not respond, an alternate winner will be selected.

Restrictions may apply due to availability. Approximate total retail is $165.00, $150.00, or $45.00 per prize package. No alternate prize, cash or other substitution, or transfer of prize is allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value.
