10 Days of Gifting – Annual Holiday Facebook Contest Rules

Contest Rules:

SPONSOR. Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts (“Foundation” or “Sponsor”), 1645 Trap Road, Vienna, Virginia 22182.

TERM. Sweepstakes begins at 9:30 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, December 7, 2015 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on Friday, December 18, 2015. (“Sweepstakes Period”)

ELIGIBILITY. Wolf Trap Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrants”). Employees, officers, and directors of the Foundation, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, and grandparents) and those with whom such persons are domiciled are NOT eligible. Must enter from an eligible jurisdiction. Eligibility may be verified at any time. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions of the Foundation.

HOW TO ENTER. Entrants may enter the giveaway each day during the Sweepstakes Period by commenting on the day’s designated Facebook Giveaway post, published at 9:30 am ET each day on Wolf Trap Foundation’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/wolftrapofficialpage). Comments must be made on the designated Facebook post by 11:59pm ET the day of the post (example: For the Monday, December 7 post, comment by 11:59 pm ET on Monday, December 7). Entries submitted after 11:59pm ET on each post will not be eligible. Entrants may submit multiple comments (entries) on each post; there is no limit on entries.. Entrants may also enter multiple posts throughout the giveaway period. Each Entrant that comments on the designated posts between Monday, December 7 and Thursday, December 17, 2015 will also be entered to win a “grand prize” pack that will be given away on Friday, December 18, 2015. Winners will be selected at random from the pool of eligible Entrants.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, mutilated, stolen, or misdirected mail, or for technical failure or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the verification of Tickets. Entrants whose comments include profanity, obscene or offensive language, or derogatory language about the Foundation and its affiliated organizations will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

NOTIFICATION & PRIZES. One Winner will be selected at random each business day between Monday, December 7 and Friday, December 18, 2015. Winners receive one of the following prizes (approximate total retail value included below):

  • One (1) Wolf Trap Curtain Raiser-Level Membership and One (1) pair of two (2) tickets to a performance at The Filene Center {winner may select a performance between May 15, 2016 – September 20, 2016 to attend; prize subject to availability} – value: ~$250
  • Two (2) tickets to a performance at The Barns at Wolf Trap {winner may select any performance between January 1, 2016 and May 15, 2016; prize subject to availability} – value: ~$50-$100
  • One (1) Prize pack with: a $100 Visa gift card, one PNC blanket and several wine accessories courtesy of PNC Bank – value: ~$150
  • One (1) Floral centerpiece from Karin’s Florist
  • Three (3) Memberships from Sport & Health Fitness
  • Four (4) tickets to a performance at The Filene Center {winner may select a performance between May 15, 2016 – September 20, 2016 to attend; prize subject to availability}, One (1) parking pass to Encore Circle Hill, Four (4) tickets to Encore Circle Lounge, Two (2) Ovations Picnic vouchers
  • One (1) overnight weekend stay in a luxury guestroom at the Hilton McLean, an American Girl Doll bed to take home, turn down service for your doll, a Tysons Corner Center coupon book a Full Breakfast for any child 12 and under and complimentary shuttle service to the American Girl Store and back
  • One (1) Roundtrip airline ticket courtesy of American Airlines
  • One (1) Delivery from UberEATS for up to 11 people – $120
  • One (1) Dinner for Two (2) from Bazin’s on Church – $100

PRIZE FULFILLMENT. Restrictions may apply due to availability. After each contest is over, winners will be notified by a comment by Wolf Trap on the Facebook post that they entered. They will be tagged in the comment and asked to direct message Wolf Trap for more information on claiming their prize. Winner must reply to Wolf Trap personnel on Facebook via direct message by 11:59pm ET on Sunday, December 20, 2015 in order to claim their prize. If Winner does not claim prize, no alternate Winner will be selected. Prizes will be fulfilled by individual sponsors. All sponsors will make contact with winners by January 31, 2016. Sponsor reserves the right to require winner to accept delivery of prize at Wolf Trap Foundation headquarters.

No alternate prize, cash or other substitution or transfer of prize allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value.
