Contest Rules: “Picnic in the Park” at Farragut Park Giveaway

Contest Rules:

SPONSOR. Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts (“Foundation” or “Sponsor”), 1645 Trap Road, Vienna, Virginia 22182.

TERM. Sweepstakes begins at 12 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on Friday, July 31, 2015 and ends at 2 pm ET  on Friday, July 31, 2015. (“Sweepstakes Period”)

ELIGIBILITY. Wolf Trap Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Foundation, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, and grandparents) and those with whom such persons are domiciled are NOT eligible. Must enter from an eligible jurisdiction. Eligibility may be verified at any time. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions of the Foundation.

HOW TO ENTER. Contestants may enter by attending the promotional event, “Picnic in the Park,” at Farragut Park, located on Connecticut Ave & K St. NW, on Friday, July 31, 2015 from 12pm – 2pm. Contestants will go to the Wolf Trap tent to fill out the contest form in its entirety, including name and email address, and hand it to a Wolf Trap volunteer (volunteers will be wearing Wolf Trap t-shirts) for collection. Forms will continue to be collected during the entire length of the event until 2pm. Winner will be chosen after the contest and promotional event conclude at 2 pm.

LIMIT: One (1) entry per person. 

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, mutilated, stolen, or misdirected mail, or for technical failure or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the verification of Tickets. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

NOTIFICATION & PRIZE. One Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random to receive two (2) tickets, VIP Parking, and access to the Encore Circle Lounge, courtesy of PNC, to the Jim Gaffigan performance on Wednesday, August 12 at Wolf Trap’s Filene Center and a prize pack of assorted items. Winner will receive VIP Parking Pass in advance of performance.  Tickets, Encore Circle Lounge access, and prize pack can be collected on site on day of performance or emailed in advance.

Winner will be notified by Wolf Trap via email used on the contest entry form on Monday, August 3, 2015. Winner must reply to Wolf Trap personnel by 4 pm ET on Wednesday, August 5 to claim prize. If Winner does not claim prize, an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected.

Restrictions may apply due to availability. Approximate total retail is $250. No alternate prize, cash or other substitution or transfer of prize allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value.
