Contest Rules: Bela Fleck & Abigail Washburn Facebook Giveaway 

SPONSOR. Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts (“Foundation” or “Sponsor”), 1645 Trap Road, Vienna, Virginia 22182.

TERM. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on Friday, July 10, 2015. (“Sweepstakes Period”)

ELIGIBILITY. Wolf Trap Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Foundation, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, and grandparents) and those with whom such persons are domiciled are NOT eligible. Must enter from an eligible jurisdiction. Eligibility may be verified at any time. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions of the Foundation.

HOW TO ENTER. During the contest term, contestants may enter by commenting on Wolf Trap’s Facebook page with a proposed caption to the photo above. Entrants must comment within the comments section of this photo post on Wolf Trap’s page to be eligible. LIMIT: One (1) entry per person.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, mutilated, stolen, or misdirected mail, or for technical failure or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the verification of Tickets. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

NOTIFICATION & PRIZE. One Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random to receive two (2) lawn tickets to Punch Brothers, Bela Fleck & Abigail Washburn at Wolf Trap on July 15; a picnic for two provided by OVATIONS; and a signed copy of a CD.

Winner will be notified by Wolf Trap at noon on Monday, July 13. Winner must respond by 8 pm ET on Monday, July 13 to claim prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Restrictions may apply due to availability. Approximate total retail is $100. No alternate prize, cash or other substitution or transfer of prize allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value.
